Ingredients

  • 1 c. softened raspberry sorbet
  • 1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. white rum

Instructions

  1. Make the first layer. Fill each popsicle mold until the sorbet reaches about one-third of the way up each mold.
  2. Make the second layer. Mix 2 c. of vanilla ice cream with white rum. Then spoon the mixture into the molds until the white layer reaches about two-thirds of the way up each mold.
  3. Make the third layer. Mix the remaining 2 c. of ice cream with blue curacao. Spoon the mixture into the molds to fill completely. Cover and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen.
