Have a question about your meal plan, your account, or billing? We're a small team and we read every message. Here is the fastest way to reach us.
Anything to do with your account is best handled by email, and you will get a human reply. The most common ones are billing and refunds, trouble signing in, changing the email address on your account, a meal plan that is not matching your food preferences, a recipe that looks wrong, and corrections to anything you have read in our guides. If you have spotted a factual error in an article, please tell us. We would rather fix it than leave it standing.
Feature requests and "I wish it did X" messages are genuinely welcome. A good number of the things on the site started as one line in a reader's email. If you would rather vote than write, the roadmap page inside your account lets you upvote what we build next without composing a message at all.
Some things are faster to do yourself from your account settings, and they take effect immediately rather than waiting on a reply:
If any of those do not work the way you expect, that is worth an email.
We build educational content and meal planning tools. We are not a medical service and we cannot advise on your individual case. Questions about diagnosis, whether to start or stop a medication, supplement dosing for your particular situation, test results, or fertility treatment need a doctor or a registered dietitian who knows your history. Everything on this site is written to help you have a better-informed conversation with them, not to replace it.
We aim to reply within one business day and it is usually faster. If you have not heard back in three days, check your spam folder for a message from hello@pcosmealplanner.com and then send us a nudge. Occasionally a reply gets filtered, particularly on work email addresses.
Please note: we provide educational content and meal planning tools, not medical advice. For diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment questions, please speak with your doctor or a registered dietitian who knows your history.
