1 lb (450g) lean ground beef, 1/2 cup (120ml) bone broth, 1/2 cup (50g) almond flour, 1 large egg, 1/2 tsp (2.5g) salt, 1/2 tsp (2.5g) black pepper, 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder, 1 tsp (5g) onion powder, 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil

Instructions
