Coarse salt ground pepper 12 oz. ditalini or other small tubular pasta 2 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 c. crumbled feta cheese 1 lb. plum tomatoes 3 c. shredded, cooked rotisserie chicken 1 c. Torn fresh basil leaves

Instructions

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente, according to package directions. Drain; rinse well under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl; toss with oil, lemon juice, feta, tomatoes, chicken, and basil; season generously with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
