2 large zucchinis (sliced thin), 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan, egg, salt, and spices. 3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. 4. Layer zucchini slices, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. 5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. 6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes. 7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
