Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lb. ground beef chuck 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1/2 oz. grated Pecorino cheese, plus more for serving 1/2 c. milk 1 lb. spaghetti basil leaves

Instructions

In large saucepot, heat olive oil on medium-high. Add onion, garlic, and salt. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ground beef chuck. Cook 5 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in grated Pecorino cheese and milk. Toss with spaghetti, cooked. Garnish with basil leaves and Pecorino.
