Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 8 oz. green beans 2 tbsp. olive oil Kosher salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss the chicken, beans, oil and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper and thread onto skewers. Grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Using two parallel skewers helps keep wide pieces of food secure as you turn.
