Recipe by Cheryl Slocum Classic walnut brownies full of texture, creamy chocolate fudge, and fluffy mini marshmallows (pictured, bottom). Enjoy throughout the holidays.

Ingredients

  • Basic Brownie Batter
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment and set aside. Stir 3/4 cup walnuts into Basic Brownie Batter. Pour into prepared pan.
  2. Bake until a skewer inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, 45 to 50 minutes. Top with marshmallows and let cool. Remove brownies from pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cup walnuts and drizzle with melted chocolate. Let cool on a wire rack. Using a sharp knife, cut into 12 squares. Nutritional information is based on a 1 brownie.
