An easy take on classic Italian bruschetta, this dish calls for bite-sized grape tomatoes, powdered garlic, and fresh basil atop hot cooked pasta. Quickly sauteed chicken breasts adds a satisfying dose of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 c. fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
  • 2 c. grape tomatoes
  • 2 c. hot cooked farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
  • 12 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until done. Stir in broth and garlic powder; cook 3 min.
  2. Add cooking creme and tomatoes; cook and stir 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in pasta. Top with basil. Each serving contains: 30%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 10%DV iron.
