Ingredients

1 English cucumber 1 avocado 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest 1/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro 1 scallion 1 jalapeno 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt 1 c. cold water 1 1/2 tsp. Coarse salt 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground pepper 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions
