Ingredients

3/4 cup 1% milk 1 cup egg substitute 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 tbsps low fat margarine 1 medium granny smith apple, cut into 1/2" slices 6 tsps granulated sugar 1/3 oz sweetener 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400° F (200° C). 2. Heat a tablespoon of the margarine in a 10" cast iron skillet, over medium heat. 3. Add apple pieces and cook until soft and brown, about 5 minutes. 4. Puree the remaining tablespoon of margarine, flour, sugar substitute, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk and eggs in a blender until just mixed. About 1 minute. 5. Pour batter into the skillet over the sauteed apples and put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until puffed and set. 6. Serve hot. 7. Bon Appetite! 8.
