  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 liter ginger ale
  • 3/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 151 alcohol, for bowl, optional
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher combine fruit punch and pineapple juice. Add a liter of ginger ale and ice cubes then stir. Pour the cream of coconut on top. Serve in a punch bowl. Makes 10 cups.
  2. Note: for a "scorpion bowl," add 151 alcohol into a cup floated in the middle and light.
