Chicken 65 -------------- Chicken 65 is one of the most popular dishes prepared in most Dhabas and restaurants that are served as starters. Generally chicken 65 is the first dish ordered by most of us especially the most adorable dish among the kids. Chicken 65 is spicy, red in color, deep fried chicken chunks often served as bar snacks, entrée or quick appetizer accompanied by onion slices, slit green Chillies and lemon wedges. It has a unique taste and is a finger licking dish. Preparing the chicken 65 differs from one place to another. It can be prepared with or without bones. The savour and strong essence of this dish comes from a mix of amazing spices like pepper powder, garam masala, vinegar etc and finally addition of green Chillies and curry leaves a brilliant zest to the chicken pieces. This is a fantastic snack dish made in Phillips air fryer using just a tsp of oil yet is extremely delicious to taste and has a nice crunch on the outer side. http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-65-recipe-with-philips-airfryer-by-vahchef Ingredients: -------------- Chicken breast -- 250 gms Turmeric powder - pinch Garam masala powder -- ¼ tsp Pepper powder -- ½ tsp Coriander powder -- ½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder -- 1 tsp Vinegar -- 1 tbsp Salt to taste Ginger -- 1" piece Garlic -- 5 -6 cloves Egg white -- 1 tsp Rice flour -- 1 tsp All-purpose flour -- 1 tsp Oil -- 1 tsp Curry leaves -- 2-3 sprigs Green Chilies, Slit - 3-4 no's Directions: ------------ 1.
