This awesome air fried stuffed mushroom are truly extraordinaire to taste, highly nutritious and a very healthy snack to start the meal. http://www.vahrehvah.com/tandoor-style-mushroom-kisses Ingredients: Mushroom 8 Numbers Potato mash 2 Numbers Coriander 1/2 Bunch Green chillies 4 Numbers Green peas 10 Grams Salt to taste Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoons Hung curd 1/2 Cup Chilly powder 2 Teaspoons Chaat masala 1/4 Teaspoons Kasuri methi 1/2 Teaspoons Garam masala powder 1/4 Teaspoons Ginger garlic paste 1/4 Teaspoons Roasted chana powder 1 Teaspoons Directions: 1.Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C. 2.Firstly prepare the mushroom stuffing by adding mash potato, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, pressed green peas, salt, and lemon juice. Mix and keep aside. 3.For making the tandoori marination for mushrooms, take a bowl and add hung curd, chilli powder, chaat masala, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted chana powder and salt. Mix well to make thick paste. Marinate the mushrooms with this mixture. 4.Fill the potato mixture in the mushroom and then take the tooth pick and insert in the middle. 5.Before keeping the stuffed mushroom in the air fryer, coat them with little oil and then place the mushroom pieces in the air fryer at 180 degree C for 6 to 7 minutes. 6.Remove and serve hot with mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.
