2 packs of Shirataki noodles (200g), 4 cups of vegetable broth (960 ml), 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (70g), 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (149g), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (30 ml), 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (14g), 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (2g), 2 green onions, sliced, 1 cup of baby spinach (30g), 2 boiled eggs, halved
1. Rinse and drain the Shirataki noodles. 2. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. 3. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. 4. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender. 5. Pour in the vegetable broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil. 6. Add the Shirataki noodles and simmer for 5 minutes. 7.
