- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Steam beans, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and return to pan. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
