Long Island iced tea isn't for the faint of heart (or liver). Serve this stiff drink in a martini glass to encourage slow sipping.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons sweet-and-sour mix
  • 3 tablespoons vodka
  • 3 tablespoons gin
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons light rum
  • 3 tablespoons tequila
  • Crushed ice
  • 6 tablespoons cola soft drink
  • Garnish: lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a cocktail shaker or martini shaker. Cover with lid, and shake 30 seconds or until thoroughly chilled. Remove lid, and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Pour 3 Tbsp. cola into each glass. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
