Ingredients

4 small skinless chicken breasts 1 tsp yellow mustard seed 1 oz teriyaki sauce 3/4 cup chicken stock 1 1/2 fl oz orange juice 1 cup diced pineapple 1 lb broccoli, chopped into florets 1 tbsp tapioca starch

Instructions

1. Place chicken on the bottom of a 5-6 quart slow cooker. 2. In a bowl, mix together tapioca, stock, orange juice, teriyaki sauce mustard and pineapple. Pour over chicken. 3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. 4. Add broccoli for last 20 minutes of cooking so broccoli remains crisp.
