Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 c. regular long-grain white rice
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- paprika
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
- Stir the broth, water, basil and garlic powder in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
