- 6 (6-ounce) opah (moonfish) fillets
- Freshly ground black pepper

- In a large wok over medium-high heat, add peanut oil until nearly smoking. Add cabbage, carrots, onions, and cilantro and cook until just wilted, about 3 minutes.
