Recipe by Cynthia Nicholson This simple, delicious cocktail can easily be doubled to serve more guests. For an equally delightful nonalcoholic version, simply mix one part pomegranate juice to two parts sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice (such as pom Wonderful)
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon-flavored sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup berry-flavored vodka or plain vodka
  • Lemon rind strips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a pitcher. Pour 1/2 cup into each of 8 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lemon rind strips, if desired.
