Ingredients
1 lb (450g) beef bones, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 lemon, 4 cups (1L) water, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Roast the beef bones in a preheated oven at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes. 2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden. 3. Add the roasted bones, spices, and water to the pot. 4. Simmer for 2-3 hours. 5. Strain the broth and add lemon juice. 6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
