Instructions
- Roast the beef bones in a preheated oven at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
- Add the roasted bones, spices, and water to the pot.
- Simmer for 2-3 hours.
- Strain the broth and add lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
