Ingredients

4 tbsps cream cheese 10 large eggs 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 dash salt 2 tbsps butter, reduced calorie

Instructions

1. Break eggs into bowl and beat until frothy. 2. Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt. 3. Melt butter in medium skillet, pour in egg mixture and cook until just barely set. 4. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese that is cut into cubes. Stir until there are ribbons of cream cheese running throughout the mixture. 5. Separate into servings and top each serving with a little butter and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.
