The mint in this juice ties together the sweet pineapple and tart green apple so well that you won't even notice the spinach.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 8 mint leaves
Instructions
- Juice the lemon using a manual citrus juicer. Juice the remaining ingredients in a juicer, and then combine with the lemon juice. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
