BASE 1 Large Egg 2 Tbsp. Butter 2 Tbsp. Honeyville Almond Flour 1 Tbsp. NOW Erythritol 7 Drops Liquid Stevia 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder FLAVOR 1 Tbsp. Whisky or Scotch 1 Tbsp. Honeyville Almond Flour 2 tsp. Coconut Flour 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1. Get your mug ready! 2. Mix together 1 Large Egg, 2 Tbsp. Honeyville Almond Flour, 1 Tbsp. NOW Erythritol, and 7 drops Liquid Stevia. 3. Add 2 Tbsp. Butter and 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder to the mug and mix it very well together. 4. Now, time to add the flavors! 1 Tbsp. Whisky or Scotch. Whatever you want to use. 1 Tbsp. Honeyville Almond Flour, 2 tsp. Coconut Flour, and 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract. Mix this together well. 5. Let’s cook this thing – 85 seconds in the microwave on high. Power level 10 is what I used (the maximum). 6. Lightly bang the mug against a plate and it will dislodge. Server with whipped cream…or a shot of the same whisky/scotch.
