1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half
1 clove garlic
1/2 serrano or jalapeño chile
4 oz. snow peas
Coarse salt

1/4 c. basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
In a medium nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add chicken; cook until browned on one side, 2 to 3 minutes.
