Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 limes
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 12 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Spread oil over the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Squeeze limes over chicken. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and cheese; mix together and spread mixture over chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
