Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 can red kidney beans
  • 1/4 c. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  2. Stir the beef, onion, garlic, soup, tomatoes, water, beans, chili powder and cumin in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.*
  4. *Or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Serving Suggestion: Serve with slices of cornbread and a romaine salad tossed with fresh chopped basil and chives and Italian salad dressing. For dessert serve caramel or vanilla flan.
