Since this chili slowly simmers all day long, the flavors blend together to make each bite satisfying and delicious.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 onion 2 clove garlic 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup 1 can diced tomatoes 1/2 c. water 2 can red kidney beans 1/4 c. chili powder 2 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions

Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the beef, onion, garlic, soup, tomatoes, water, beans, chili powder and cumin in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.* *Or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Serving Suggestion: Serve with slices of cornbread and a romaine salad tossed with fresh chopped basil and chives and Italian salad dressing. For dessert serve caramel or vanilla flan.
