- 1 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Ripe pears, thinly sliced
- Maple syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place puff pastry on a large baking sheet and prick all over with a fork (leaving a 1 ” border).
- Bake until puffy and lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over warm puff pastry.
- Scatter with pears and bake until cheese is melty and pastry is deeply golden, 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and cut into squares.
