  • 1 cup English cucumber, chopped unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In the container of a blender, combine melon, cucumber, honey, mint and lime juice; process until well blended. Add ice cubes, and process until smooth. Garnish each serving with cucumber and mint, if desired. Serve immediately.
