Honeydew-Cucumber Mint Smoothies are a healthy and delicious way to start your day
Ingredients
3 cups honeydew, peeled and cubed
1 cup English cucumber, chopped unpeeled
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
In the container of a blender, combine melon, cucumber, honey, mint and lime juice; process until well blended. Add ice cubes, and process until smooth. Garnish each serving with cucumber and mint, if desired. Serve immediately.
