Ingredients
4 oz reduced fat crackers
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup white flour
1 large egg
1 tsp parsley
1 dash pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
0.12 cup skim milk
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Dip in flour mixture.
3. Dip in beaten egg with milk.
4. Roll in cracker crumbs.
5. Bake at 425° F (210° C) for 10-12 minutes.
