Low carb chicken breasts with a creamy mustard sauce that are delicious.

Ingredients

3 tbsps vegetable oil 2 large chicken breasts 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp black pepper 3 tsps or 1 packet mustard 3 dashes salt 2 tsps garlic

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breast in half, to get 4 portions, cover it with the yellow mustard and pepper. 2. Cut the garlic into little cubes. 3. Pre-heat the pan with the oil and add the garlic. 4. Next add the chicken breast and cook until a nice little brown color on both sides (be careful with the temperature to not burn the garlic). 5. Add the sour cream and cook on low temperature for 10 minutes. 6. Serve and enjoy.
