Ingredients
- Basic Brownie Batter
- 1 c. Chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp. Chopped peanuts
- 30 caramels
- 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line two 8-inch square baking pans with parchment and set aside. Mix Basic Brownie Batter and 1 cup peanuts. Divide batter between prepared pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove pans from oven and sprinkle caramels over top. Continue baking until a skewer inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, about 10 minutes more. Let cool. Drizzle with chocolate and remaining peanuts. Chill until chocolate sets, 10 minutes. Remove brownies from pans. Using a sharp knife, slice into 5 strips, then cut strips in half.
