  • Basic Brownie Batter
  • 1 c. Chopped peanuts
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped peanuts
  • 30 caramels
  • 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line two 8-inch square baking pans with parchment and set aside. Mix Basic Brownie Batter and 1 cup peanuts. Divide batter between prepared pans.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove pans from oven and sprinkle caramels over top. Continue baking until a skewer inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, about 10 minutes more. Let cool. Drizzle with chocolate and remaining peanuts. Chill until chocolate sets, 10 minutes. Remove brownies from pans. Using a sharp knife, slice into 5 strips, then cut strips in half.
