Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders
  • 1 cup (95g) almond flour
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) paprika, Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
