1 lb (450g) chicken tenders, 1 cup (95g) almond flour, 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder, 1 tsp (5g) onion powder, 1/2 tsp (2.5g) paprika, Salt and pepper to taste, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. 4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture. 5. Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. 6.
