Ingredients
2 cups of bone broth (500 ml), 1/2 cup of gelatin powder (60 g), 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt (2.5 g), 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (2.5 g)
Instructions
1. Warm the bone broth until it's hot but not boiling. 2. Slowly whisk in the gelatin powder until it's fully dissolved. 3. Add the sea salt and black pepper and stir. 4. Pour the mixture into a flat, rimmed baking sheet and refrigerate until firm. 5. Once firm, cut into chip-sized pieces. 6. Place the pieces in the air fryer and cook at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes or until crispy. 7. Let cool and enjoy.
