Instructions

1. Mix Epsom Salt and Baking Soda in a bowl. 2. Add Lavender Essential Oil and stir until well combined. 3. Store in an airtight container. 4. To use, add 1 cup of the mixture to a warm bath and soak for at least 15 minutes.
