2 medium zucchinis (about 1 lb/450g), 1/2 lb (225g) thinly sliced beefsteak, 1/2 cup (75g) diced bell peppers, 1/2 cup (75g) diced onions, 1/2 cup (50g) shredded provolone cheese, 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste
