Ingredients

1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup canola oil 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts 1/4 tsp hot sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 small onion

Instructions

1. Split chicken breasts into 6 halves. 2. Combine all other ingredients in a blender and blend well to make the marinade. 3. Place chicken in a shallow dish and cover with marinade, reserving 1/4 cup for later. 4. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally. 5. Remove chicken from marinade and broil in the oven or on a grill, 11-12 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
