1 lb (450g) of chicken bones, 2 stalks of celery (chopped), 1 medium onion (chopped), 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of salt, 4 cups (950ml) of water

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a large pot. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours. 4. Strain the broth and discard the solids. 5. Serve hot or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
