Ingredients

1 dozen eggs 1/3 cup minced green onions 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise 3 tablespoons 2% Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 3/4 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper Minced green onions and red pepper

Instructions

Steam eggs in a vegetable steamer 16 minutes; cool slightly, and peel. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and remove yolks; mash yolks. Stir 1/3 cup minced green onions, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, curry powder, cumin, salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper into yolks. Divide among whites; sprinkle with minced green onions and red pepper.
