  • 1/4 ounce (1 1/2 teaspoons) fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine a few drops of warm water and honey; stir until smooth. Combine vodka, lemon juice, and warm honey in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover with lid; shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a martini glass; garnish, if desired.
