  • 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons minced gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
