Ingredients
- 300 g yogurt with skim milk
- 3 servings 1 packet splenda
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 fl oz low fat milk
Instructions
- Put the yogurt in the muslin cloth and let it hang for about 90 minutes. This should drain out all water and you'll be left with creme.
- In a bowl, add the creme, sliced strawberry and Splenda.
- Using a little low fat milk to soften, whet the mixture with a spoon continuously unless the blend is uniform and grainy in texture. Your creme dessert is ready.
- Refrigerate for about 25 minutes before consuming.
- Note: do not whet the mix in the blender or mixer.
