500g Frozen Fish Fillets (thawed, chopped into chunks)
500g Bag of Frozen Potato Gems / Tater Tots (or use mashed potato instead)
Olive Oil
25g Butter
1 Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Tablespoons of Plain Flour
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
1 1/4 Cups of Milk (Hot)
2 Cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Preparation Time: About 10 mins
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
SERVES 4 - 6
