Ingredients

1/2 cup plain yogurt (not Greek) 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon honey 1 garlic clove, finely grated Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, oil, honey, and garlic in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill.
