Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flake cereal (such as Wheaties)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1/2 cup untoasted wheat germ
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut, toasted
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
Instructions
- Combine first 13 ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk, stirring to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate mixture overnight.
