  • 2/3 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup untoasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut, toasted
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups 2% reduced-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Combine first 13 ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk, stirring to combine.
