Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash of kosher salt
  • 6 small dried figs, quartered
  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes. Stir mixture; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until bubbly. Serve warm fruit over Brie.
