Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings and drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray large sheet of foil with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix 2 lb chicken wings and drumsticks, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped; toss to coat.
- Place chicken on foil. Bring up 2 sides of foil so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.
- Place packs on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cook time.
- Remove packs from grill. Carefully fold back foil.
