You’re just five ingredients away from sticky-sweet garlic chicken wings hot off the grill.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings and drumsticks
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray large sheet of foil with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix 2 lb chicken wings and drumsticks, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped; toss to coat.
  3. Place chicken on foil. Bring up 2 sides of foil so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.
  4. Place packs on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cook time.
  5. Remove packs from grill. Carefully fold back foil.
