Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup scallions, green and white parts, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl stir the mayo, curry powder and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the turkey, pecans, cranberries and scallions. Gently fold to combine.
- Season as desired with salt and pepper.
