Ingredients
- 1 14.5-ounce package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
- 2 c. leftover cranberry sauce
- 8 oz. Brie, cut into small pieces
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry and brush with olive oil. Spread with cranberry sauce and scatter with brie and rosemary .
- Bake until pastry is puffed and cheese is melty, about 15 minutes.
